Need help feeding 10 people for a week!?

So we’re a family of 5, and a family of in-laws is coming to visit for a week. They’ll need to eat of course, and I need ideas of what to fix that’s

2. doesn’t take forever

4. doesn’t have to be baked (I don’t have an oven)
